Dear SeaArt Support Team, I am contacting you to request assistance regarding a recent annual subscription charge that was applied to my account after the free trial period. During the trial, I found SeaArt to be an excellent and well-designed platform. Unfortunately, I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription at this time. When the charge of $251.88 was processed, it created a serious financial problem for me. My monthly income is approximately $200, and I am currently the primary person helping care for my mother, who has stage 2 diabetes. Her condition requires frequent medical attention, medication, and monitoring, which already places a heavy strain on my limited finances. Because of this, an expense of this size is something I simply cannot manage. I understand and respect that your subscription policy generally does not allow refunds. However, I am hoping you might kindly consider my circumstances as a special case. I have already canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges. Multiple lacking features & Unnecessary Rollback on others
Below are a list of features that I would like requested to be added or changed to match other similar services: 1. Reference images: The “Ai app” version is completely useless in certain art styles and this should already be included in model options as a base feature, similar to nano banana, I should have the freedom to pick the model I want and add reference images especially when ai generations can be inconsistent across varying poses. Ps. Suggesting to use the completely useless and expensive ai version for character references or nano banana is NOT the point. 2. Profiles are completely useless and there’s been no merit to posting and sharing work unless you already have a large number of followers, this is likely due to censorship and other rollback on features since probably october of 2025. 3. Fix search! The search feature is useless and I cannot find inspiration on seaart or find new authors properly. 4. Heavy censorship on 90% of content on the site, preventing me from even seeing what certain LoRAs even do, why? How am I supposed to select LoRAs if I don’t even know what their results are? Its even applicable on some models where ALL images on them are censored. Please revert to the older builds which were much easier to use and WERE FUNCTIONAL. Please add the ability to add reference images on all models, other websites provide this feature as a base. I don’t have to use some ridiculous ai app or nano banana or create LoRAs everytime I make a new character generation.

Ребят, а вам не кажется, что цензурировать облегающую одежду и преувеличенные части тела тупо? Я все еще думаю, что нужна кнопка или плажка, которой мы отмечали бы между собой контент 18+. С преувеличенными частями тела. Он должен так выглядеть, это моя задумка. Ваша машина считает, что контент ограничен к показу из-за изображения персонажа. По причине, что у персонажа преувеличенные части тела и облегающая одежда. Простите - я должен генерировать девушек в долбанной парандже или хиджабе и вешать на нее тонны свободной одежды? Ребят - вы начали исправлять тему с цензурой и за это я могу сказать вам спасибо. Сделайте хорошее дело - вы либо дерните отсюда всю цензуру и сделайте отдельный сайт с регулировкой взрослого контента, либо сделайте плажку 18+, чтобы взрослые могли видеть, а малолетки не могли.

It also deprives users other than creators of opportunities for creative activities and encounters with diverse works. What exactly does "review process" refer to in the first place? Inappropriate works are already filtered out at the submission stage. Instead of unnecessarily selecting "recommended" works, all works that have been reviewed and deemed viewable should be displayed. Please revert to the site specification from before November, allowing access to a large number of works. Also, please add a sorting function.

All requests to these models will now return an error. “ https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/release-notes/overview How is it that Seaart still references it ? Where are the APIs calls made by Seaart actually being routed ?

最近、AIキャラクターのセンシティブ判定が厳しくなり、少しでも胸元が出ていると画像が表示されないという状態でし。これについては致し方ないとしても、”blush”を日本語で記述すると”ブ”以外消されるというAIによる雑なセンシティブ判定に基づく文章校正がされている状態は創作活動の弊害になっています。 運営様が、普段こうした過度なセンシティブ判定をしているにも関わらず、性的仄めかしと取れる画像が全く無関係なイベントに投稿されている状態を放置するのは如何なものでしょうか。現在、イベントセンターではAIキャラクターの体験記を投稿するイベントが開催されていますが、イベントの趣旨に反しているのみならず、性的ととれる画像が多数投稿されており、通報しても対処されません。 私は個人が楽しむ分にはセンシティブな画像だろうが通報する気はあまりないのですが、流石に全く無関係なイベントにセンシティブ画像を投稿するのはマナー違反ではないでしょうか？おそらくイベントに投稿する事で人目に付く機会を増やしたいという意図だとは思うのですが、真面目に投稿している人もいるので、これは少々悪質ではないかと思います。運営様がプラットフォームの健全化を推し進める為に規制を厳格化するというなら、こういう所もきちんと対処するべきではないでしょうか。 運営様はどうお考えでしょうか？
