I am contacting you to request assistance regarding a recent annual subscription charge that was applied to my account after the free trial period.
During the trial, I found SeaArt to be an excellent and well-designed platform. Unfortunately, I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription at this time. When the charge of $251.88 was processed, it created a serious financial problem for me.
My monthly income is approximately $200, and I am currently the primary person helping care for my mother, who has stage 2 diabetes. Her condition requires frequent medical attention, medication, and monitoring, which already places a heavy strain on my limited finances. Because of this, an expense of this size is something I simply cannot manage.
I understand and respect that your subscription policy generally does not allow refunds. However, I am hoping you might kindly consider my circumstances as a special case. I have already canceled the subscription to prevent any future charges.
Receiving a refund would greatly help me continue supporting my mother’s medical needs and managing our essential daily expenses. I truly appreciate your time, understanding, and the quality of your product.
