It is the customer who should ultimately determine when an issue is “resolved.” If your support team is to mark a case as resolved, it should be based on clear and reasonable criteria—such as when there has been no response for an extended period after a reply was provided. I strongly demand a sincere and responsible response.

Under the current specifications, Branch Story requires users to reset previous conversations whenever they start a new one. Since Branch Story requires coins just to unlock content, it seems unfriendly that users cannot start a new conversation without resetting. This wouldn’t be a problem if there were a feature to download and save all conversation content at once, but since no such feature exists, under the current specifications, previous conversation content is lost upon reset unless users manually copy it. I suspect there are users who want to start a new conversation but are unable to do so because they don’t want to delete their previous conversations.Wouldn’t it be better for Branch Story to allow users to start a new conversation without resetting the previous one? The character profile for the AI character is supposed to have a 20,000-character limit, but when I checked the settings again after creation, there were only about 12,900 characters, and it appeared that the text beyond that point had been deleted. I’ve heard that recent AI has become more consistent, but there are still many areas where it falls short, so I still need this feature. I read the announcement stating that the feature has been temporarily suspended for compliance reasons. Do you know when it will be restored?
