Dear Sea Art Support Team,

I am writing to you today regarding the recent subscription charge on my account. First, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to use the 3-day free trial. I found the platform very powerful and appreciated the chance to explore its features.

After my trial period ended, I was charged $251.88 for the annual subscription. While I understand this is the standard procedure, this amount represents a significant financial challenge for me.

To provide some context, my monthly income here in Vietnam is approximately $600 USD, so this single charge is nearly half of my monthly earnings. I have read your terms and understand that subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, given my circumstances, this unexpected cost will create considerable financial hardship for me.

I would be incredibly grateful if you could consider my situation and make an exception to grant a full refund. I have already canceled the subscription to ensure no future charges occur.
