Regarding the display of works

Works with low integrity ratings are hidden with the message "Cannot be published due to low integrity." But are other works with high integrity ratings being published without permission? Since I haven't authorized publication, please stop arbitrarily filtering works based on integrity ratings. Shouldn't I be free to create works intended solely for my personal viewing?
