No need for a report button on my image.

When an image I create is judged as adult (which is incorrect), I try to delete it, but I accidentally hit the report button. I pressed it again today. I don't need the report button for my own work, and I don't think the report button should be enabled without stating the reason. It causes me to press the wrong button. Please fix this as soon as possible.
