I think the website is not only about Artificial Intelligence, it is also largely managed by bots. There are no real replies here, for example. Users’ complaints receive standard write-offs. It looks like the interface, the censorship and the rest are also changed by a machine.

I totally agree. User complaints are completely ignored. Requests are completely ignored, there's no interaction with listeners, and even when they do respond, it's robotic and impersonal. It's all cliché and feels like a routine.
