Please tell me about the payment methods.

I'm considering renewing my paid membership via PayPal, but when I click the "Subscribe Now" button,

only three payment methods appear: Google Pay, credit card, and PayPay.

At the very bottom of the pricing plan page on the same site,

"Payment Methods and Timing | PayPal: At time of order |"

Does this mean PayPal is no longer available for payment?
