Fraud?

I know others have posted this, but suddenly I can no longer see the image generated work that I used to be able to see.

I paid for this because the quality (=value) of the work generated was worth the money.

Now that value is gone, but the management will at least refund the one month's worth of fees this time, right?

We will provide this function for ¥0.00" - "We can't do it, but we won't refund your money lol. But we won't refund your money lol."

I don't think it can be called a scam.
