Request to add tag editing and sorting functionality to the "Posts" section of user pages

Where the hell did the tags I added when posting go!?
Posts are piling up day by day, making it a hassle not just for other users but even for me to browse my own.
I demand the addition of pseudo-organization features, such as allowing post editing after submission and adding search keywords.
