Are you in the business of breaking users' hearts?

I want to insist on this, it is heartbreaking to make a post OK and then blindside it later. Is the management trying to break the users' hearts? If it was not allowed to post from the beginning, I'd think of another way, okay? They are making fun of the users. I can only think that they are disrespecting them.
