    It takes them weeks to respond at all, but your post asking them to not mark things “complete” when they aren't complete has already been deleted by them.

    バグの修整されないのはまあ難しい事もあるとは思います。今日明日というわけには行かないでしょう。しかし4カ月程続いているのはナンセンスです。ユーザーを舐めきっています。

    ページレイアウトを改悪する前に取り組むべき仕事をして下さい。
