Deleted images remain

If the image was rated (liked or favorite) before the creator himself/herself deleted the image, even if the creator himself/herself deletes the local or post, the image remains with the person who rated it and has not been completely deleted. It does not go to the page, but it is displayed well, which I think will be a big problem later.

Is removal still difficult with this still inaccurate and dishonest AI?

Please address the problem as soon as possible.
