What happened to the glitch where the free creation is turned off by itself?

Feature Request

A few days ago, there was a problem with free creation being turned off by itself, but it seems to have been fixed. But what does it mean that there is no notice about it at all? It is not included in the most recent bug fix. As is the case every time, do they just fix the inconvenient things and pretend they never happened? If it's fixed, let us know.
Also, I wasted a lot of stamina because of this bug. Please make up for that, too, right?
