WOW Really?
Okay, sorry about another thread. I actually am enjoying SeaArt now but there are some VERY WEIRD glitches in my limited experience.
My edits all involve pretty/sexy AI female images. For one image, though, every time I create a video from it, for reasons I can’t even begin to comprehend, she has a penis! And I’m not just talking about a bulge here. The picture isn’t even a nude, but her schlong sure is! I mean, like do I have to make sure to say in the prompt “Please no big, swinging d**k in this movie, it’s a girl?”
Second problem, I can’t figure out how the hell to reprompt a movie I made already. I have a bunch of stuff in my “assets” and when I click on a particular movie, I am presented with some options. But they are inconsistent. In some of the to the right, they have buttons like chat, Play it, Share, and Lip Sync. In others there are different buttons. But I can’t figure out how the hell I can edit my movies, like adding length, adding additional promts. Shouldn’t their be a workspace to continuously modify and work on my videos? The one video I can actually work on is literally only the LAST ONE I created and only right after I made it.

1. The video production will be based on your prompt. You can send your prompt and task ID to customer service, and they will check if there are any issues.
2. When you hover your mouse over the creation flow works, the corresponding features for the current work will appear at the bottom.

Oh my God are you kidding me??!!!!!
Your “online customer service” is completely useless. It keeps spitting out answers I DO NOT understand at all even though I keep clarifying and asking it to simplify. For instance when I asked “Why does the face keep changing in my video, it says:
“To keep the face in your videos looking the same as your original image, you can train a Lora model to improve face recognition, use face swap technology to maintain facial consistency, or fix the generation seed to reproduce the same character. Please refer to the tutorials for each method and choose the one that suits your needs.”
What in the hell does that even mean IN ENGLISH NOT GEEK SPEAK????!!!!!!
You know how that reads to my non-geek eyes? It would be like you asking me a question and I answer:
Flibberty flapper blooooooby wastarama in trash cans with goober killing gobstoppers in the floppety free zones!
Plus I am not familiar with Discord, but when I went to your channel/server WHICH YOU INVITED ME TO It keeps telling me “You do not have permission to send messages in this channel”
Look, I paid for a subscription and even bought a credits package for $20.00. I have to be honest and say that I have wasted a ton of credits and stamina because I cannot get answers to my questions!
At the very least, if I can figure the problems out, I am going to ask for at least half of my credits refunded to my account. I like your site for the most part, but this is intolerable! I don’t want to cancel my subscription and complain to my credit card company and demand a refund from them I am really hoping we can work this out so I don’t have to resort to that!

Oh, and I forgot to mention. On the page when I click on a video in my assets, it gets bigger and there are several buttons on the right, with a big pink “Generate” button at the bottom telling me what it costs in credits. Except there is no way to know what I am asking it the system to generate.
Okay…
Oh and one more thing! Whenever I do manage to lengthen a video very often your system replaces the face of my image! This is infuriating. I never said anything in any of the prompts to change the woman’s face from my picture! LMAO
