Why the hell there is no option of CUSTOMER SERVICE

In most apps or websites, when someone falls in problem, he seeks for customer support and it’s normally in settings or easily can be seen, BUT in SEAART where is the option??? And i wantt to point this issue inside “CUSTOMER SERVICE“, but here i am posting in feedback. LAME
