Why hell stamina is not cumulative???

Someone can explain the brilliant idea behind it? ie...if the user does not have time or desire to use the stamina for a day or two...he simply loses the stamina…the purchase package says that I would be entitled to use 21k stamina for month...but the system resets, instead of crediting...it looks like scam…
