I am a VIP Master subscriber, and I would like to share some important feedback regarding your platform — offered with sincere intent to help you improve, as I use your service consistently and seriously.

Over time, I’ve encountered a number of issues that I believe deserve your attention:

1. The Italian translations across the interface are poorly handled, often inaccurate or misleading, which damages the professional feel of the platform and causes confusion.

2. Moderation of images is inconsistent and illogical: realistic, elegant content (such as a professionally dressed woman speaking on the phone) is blurred, while far more provocative and revealing content remains fully visible and uncensored.

3. The “eye” icon behavior and the term “open mode” are unclear and counterintuitive, leading to unnecessary frustration when navigating the content.

As a paying user — and a VIP Master subscriber — I expect a service that reflects the premium tier I’ve chosen to support.

I respectfully suggest:

• Using proper native-language translators for all UI content.

• Reviewing and aligning your AI content moderation filters to apply consistent, reasonable standards.

• Giving premium users the ability to disable or manage automatic censorship, or at least offering greater control over visibility preferences.

I trust that you will take this feedback seriously. If not, I will unfortunately need to consider other platforms that offer greater respect, clarity, and professionalism for paying users.
