User complaint, can't cancel subscription?

Hello seaart ai team, I am a user, I have experience registering as a user and entering a visa card on seaart ai at the present time I am not suitable for this platform, and I have tried to cancel the registration. But why can't I cancel the registration, is it due to a system error? Or is there a problem that the seaart ai team still does not let users make their own decisions, but will make users dependent on the seaart ai system?

    I have scoured your entire website for any way to contact customer service through the seaart.ai website. your cusomter service link just redirects to the main page. please explain how to cancel a rebilling membership or else we shall have to post everywhere on the internet that we can find to never purchase a membership for your website because you make it impossible to unsubscribe.
