Can be posted but hidden

I can post, and it shows up in my profile's post list.

Yet they still don't appear in the Plaza. They're probably not being seen by anyone.

This issue keeps happening.

Even when I inquired with support,

Is anyone else experiencing this frustrating situation where they get completely irrelevant responses like this?

The problem is that a successfully posted item is treated as hidden and doesn't show up to anyone—what are they even talking about?
