The Report button should be re-asked for confirmation or a reason before submitting the report. Often, I just only want to move mouse and click to open the image, but its accidentally hit the Report button.
Same issue here, but in the mobile app when you reply to a comment. There's no confirmation, and the 'Report' button is right next to 'Reply', so misclicks happen all the time.
