The 'Not interested' button doesn't seem to have any effect.

I've repeatedly clicked the "Not interested" button on works I dislike, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. In fact, works I dislike are appearing more frequently on my screen. Please create a feature that allows me to block specific tags.
