The new gallery carousel is a downgrade

When multiple works have been posted, it covers up the lower portion of what’s being viewed.

There’s no option to maximize the image / view full screen.

When a video is posted with multiple works none of the controls are present (volume, pause, play).

Responsiveness is slower - especially going from items 4 to 5, 8 to 9, etc.

No numbers to reference when talking in comments.

Less of an issue…but having previews for all items means users also can’t be surprised by the next item in the gallery.
