The issues that previously affected some users' creative experience have now been preliminarily resolved, and all core creative functions have gradually been restored to availability.
Our technical team is still continuously conducting in-depth optimizations to ensure the platform's long-term stability. We are well aware that during this period, the creative workflow of some SVIP users may have been more directly impacted.
To fulfill our service commitment to SVIP users, we will automatically distribute 5,000 Credits as compensation to all SVIP users who logged in during the period from November 20, 2025, 00:01 UTC to November 24, 2025, 23:59 UTC.
Eligibility Note: Users who were SVIP members for any portion of time during this period will also receive this compensation. The fixes are still ongoing. If you encounter any issues during this process, please report them in the [bug-reports] of Discord or SeaArt Official Website. who will provide dedicated support and assistance. The issues aren’t resolved for me. My content remains blurred. What’s rated NSFW about a dragon charging though a misty forest, or about a woman who is fully dressed and gently kisses a sleeping man who’s covered under the blankets on his shoulder? There’s no NSFW about that at all. I already have reported the remaining issue at [bug-report] on Discort. Also filed appeals, but so far nothing has changed. I would be thankful if the flags will be removed off of all my content asap. My content isn’t going to be published, nor going to be used in a challenge. Besides that…. I’m an adult.

I still can’t see half of my SFW works, and what is worse is that I paid a whole year, in contrast 2 of my friends who use the site for free, can see adult works, and have the “Eye” option on their profiles so they can visualize any mature content they create, while I am paying to not being able to use or do anything without being censored and my works blocked. EVEN THE SFW!. I’m already starting to use Civitai and other similar websites like Reve which are way more flexible, I’m paying and my energy is being wasted every day.

I still can't see most of my works even When my prompots are Fully SFW I use it mostly for SFW stuff and still 80% of my creations Come out blurred without even the opotion to see what the promot made. all my energy is being wasted day after day. I am justglad I cancelled my Free trial in time
