The censorship is region-based

I sometimes use VPN to access the Internet, because my country, Russia, has a fierce censoring authority and many websites elsewhere are locked to Russian users. As it happens, my VPN has gotten unreliable, it often fails, and often it is easier to try to browse without it at websites where I. P. does not matter. This is how I learned that the triangle censorship and all of the blockage for “low health” are region-based - SeaArt only applies them to users in certain regions. In particular, the region my VPN connects from, the Netherlands, receives the fully monty. As soon as I disabled the VPN and refreshed as a Russian user, however, all current and previous work became visible again (although I’m sure the posting restrictions remain). I don’t know which regions are covered in what way. Make of this what you will and decide for yourself whether using or not using a VPN and dodging these restrictions to continue using the website is worth the trouble.
