Support still isn’t responding — are users being ignored?

I’ve tried reaching out several times, but there’s still no reply.

Messages stay unanswered, issues remain unresolved, and there seems to be zero feedback.

If support actually exists, please give any sign of life.

Right now, users are left alone with bugs and problems.

When can we expect proper support to resume?
