Is the AI suddenly going crazy? Refund request

I see that some people have the same problem. Pictures that were presentable yesterday are suddenly "too unhealthy"? And that's what we spent our points on? To let an AI tell us whether the pictures are good enough or not?

I've lost countless pictures, and not even the attempt by you to compensate for this, not even the possibility for us to save the pictures!

If there is no response in the form of a (partial) refund, I will honestly have to consider whether I will continue to use the platform.
