It's 7 days

It’s been 7 days and the AI Chat hasn’t improved at all. They don’t even say how long it’s taking. It’s always the same issues: short messages, then occasionally switching to medium and long ones. I want to understand… they’re quick to process a thousand payments for whatever you want… but they’re slow to fix things? Can I at least get an idea of how long it will take? I don’t need an exact timeframe… even a ‘it might take us…’ and the day or days it’ll be down would be enough. I’m really getting bored of checking and waiting!
