Reduction of the daily energy limit from 12k to 3.5k per day.

On April 22, 2026, I purchased a one-time monthly "Master" plan for approximately 11,000 rubles (at the current exchange rate), which provided 12,000 energy units per day. A few days ago, the daily energy limit was reduced to 3,500 units per day without any notification. The system won’t let me create content because, supposedly, I don’t have enough energy. However, my purchase history shows that I previously bought this plan (in March) for 3,500 per day as well, even though the purchase was made for 12,000 per day.

The support bot is useless, and it’s impossible to reach a live agent—please resolve this issue. Why am I paying money but getting less?

P.S. By the way, the 3.5k-per-day plan costs ~4.5k per month at the current rate
