Even after passing the review, the image is not displayed.

Images are not displaying in the chat screen (mosaic screen) Re-edited → Review passed → Chat → Images still not displaying

The creator can see the image, but it doesn't appear in other users' chat screens.

This renders the review process meaningless.

This is unacceptable for a wholesome character that follows the rules.
