Memory error occurs repeatedly while working on SeaArt's PC version of the web

Recently, I have been getting memory errors repeatedly while working on the PC version of SeaArt's web. I have 32G of physical memory, and it does not occur when I have other websites open, or when I play 3D games at the same time. Are you using memory inappropriately with the PC version of the web? The attached screen is displayed. I have seen other people having the same problem. Please investigate the cause and fix it.
