SeaArt appealing process is a JOKE ...

Can anybody tell me what’s wrong with this picture (if you can see it)? It’s displayed normally in my Work Center as my other pictures, but when I click on it all I get is a blocked/blurred image. I’ve been APPEALING FOR DAYS and it still got blocked.

I was going to post this picture for today’s Daily Challenge, but luckily I found out before posting when clicking on the picture first and have to settle for my second best, an unfavorable picture.
