I have tried on numerous occasions to submit a legitimate complaint against you for blatant fraud. You have chosen to not respond despite my derogatory accusations against you. I have contacted Interpol to inform them that Starcluster Pie (Singapore) is operating a fraudulent service where you are repeatedly ripping off customers who pay to receive services from you. I can send you the follow up received where they are now investigating the matter as its not the first time as it turns out. To put it simply you created a new “print and deliver” service and like any new addition you offered discounting to attract users to try the service. I with all good intention chose to have a Tshirt created in XXL format and the payment prompt gave me a discounted price and then an additional amount of shipping to Australia. It also instructed that it will take 14business days to arrive. I completed the transaction with my saved card (you can check) and within minutes I received a notification on my phone that i had just paid you AUD100 for a Tshirt. This is unacceptable and a clear demonstration of fraud. I requested that the purchase be cancelled and a full refund of the purchase price be returned to my card. Nothing happened and you ignored my request. Once I have resolved this legally I intend to inform my Discord channel (600 active participants) to immediately terminate their accounts to SeaArt and move to DIGEN Ai. After which I will terminate my account and you will be left begging with major losses. Perhaps now you will do the right thing and make the refund without hesitation. The evidence to this debacle is attached.
