It's possible that in attempting to press the translation button, you may have tapped the icon that looks like a die - it JUST to the right of the translation button. That button is for a random prompt.
I'm not saying my idea is definitely the issue, but if it was the issue, it's still not your fault. SeaArt has junked up their own UI and don't care that it's a mess and difficult to use or understand.
Either way, SeaArt is responsible and needs to have it fixed. Best of luck!
