I am writing this post to request a refund for an unintentional annual subscription renewal of $251.88 that occurred on my account (revenrosca@gmail.com) today.
Key Facts:
Immediate Action: I canceled the subscription within 60 minutes of the charge.
Zero Usage: I have not used a single credit or any premium feature since the renewal.
Non-Intent: I only intended to use the trial, and the annual charge was a mistake.
Support chat told me that "digital services are non-refundable," but this is unfair given the zero usage and immediate cancellation. International consumer standards and payment processor policies (like Stripe) generally support refunds for accidental charges when no service has been consumed.
I have already sent an email to customer@seaart.ai and I am waiting for a fair resolution. Please process my refund to avoid further escalation with my bank and payment provider.
