Requirement for accountability regarding the current situation to all users and demand for compensation for financial losses

For over three months now, SEAART has been unable to provide services at its previous standard.
Numerous bugs and downgrades—affecting generation, AI characters, events, search functions, models, LORA, and app-related features—have created an inconvenient and oppressive environment.
Naturally, paying users who subscribed before the end of November paid for the previous SEAART. Since the previous level of service is not being provided, some form of compensation is necessary.

Furthermore, due to the SeaArt Creator Incentive Program operated by SEAART, non-paying users are not entirely unaffected either. The current reality is that all users are potentially suffering financial losses.

We request a clear explanation of the current situation regarding these issues, a defined plan for future actions, and compensation for users.
