Problem with the charged

The website charged me twice for the same membership. Even though I tried to cancel the purchase, I was still charged and I'm not receiving any benefits from the extra charge.

    Upon checking, your subscription information shows that your benefits will expire on January 4, 2028, and your subscription is active.
