Problem with authorization on the site in Russia

I've encountered a problem: I can't log in to the SeaArt website in Russia without a VPN. Without a VPN, the blue "registration" button doesn't appear, and the entire top bar is missing. This problem has only recently appeared. Are you planning to fix this? Or will I always have to use a VPN to access the website?
