WHY ONLY ONE TYPE OF ETHNICITY GENERATED?

In the AI "Anime to reality", the results it produces is that it generates a person with Asian features, and the image does not have those features. Looking at other related works, I am surprised that only those features appear, so I could revise such AI and also generate images with different features.
