Please Consider Tweaking Your Content Moderation

Okay, I a a new customer. I purchased your ten cent 3 day membership and even just bought your $19.99 credits package. I have to join all the other members who are complaining about not being able to edit our NSFW pictures/videos on your site. I mean, I paid you money!

So far I am very dissatisfied. Look, I am NOT trying to publish anything publicly. I totally understand why you wouldn’t allow me to post anything with even brief nudity in your community publicly, because you want to protect children.

But at least have an age verification system for adults like me to work privately on projects not for public consumption. Like another member articulated quite well in a complaint on this page, “There is a huge difference between erotica and porn!”

Please fix this, or I promise I will be cancelling my membership and won’t be making any more purchases.

    Okay, I just need to respond to my own complaint. The problem wasn’t with the site, it was user error. Meaning me. I had no idea that there was an adult content filter on the home/creation page, and when I hit it accidentally, the unblocked the “blurry images”. For anyone else complaining about what I was, you may not be aware of this, but at the top right corner of the screen in your workspace showing all of your content is a little white “eye” shaped icon that can be toggled off. Like I said, I found this accidentally. The two choices to toggle are “enable creative freedom” and “disable creative freedom. Apparently once you enable it, you can play around with more adult oriented or NSFW content. I don’t think that you can publish this work publicly, nor would I want to. Anyway, problem solved and my apologies for the rant!

    I’ve been on this site since August of 2024. They have only ever gotten more strict, yet wildly ever more inconsistent. Enjoy the money you've spent, but I strongly suggest spending no more with them.

      Thanks for the response. Well, I’m only out $20.00, I guess. Not even worth disputing the charge with my credit card company. Although, had I purchased more than a medium priced lunch worth of credits, I would most certainly demand a refund and file a dispute with VISA/GooglePay if they refused to give me one. As it is, I can get some decent use out of the credits I purchased without NSFW editing.

      Well, Seart just lost a customer.

      The solution is so simple. Age verification, and if they want to keep the public areas PG13, I would completely respect that. But the brain trust running this company don’t seem to understand the difference between erotic nudity and hardcore porn. I would totally get it if they were censoring explicit porn or child nudity/porn.

      Hey, can anyone recommend a better platform that works as well as Seart AI but that doesn’t censor mild nudity?
