The evaluation fades away.

I have received a lot of "likes" and "comments", but sometimes they all disappear. Does this affect the evaluation of the work itself in contests, etc.? Also, I would like to know if this phenomenon is simply a bug or if it is caused by some kind of penalty determined by the system.
