Don't change regulatory standards so often!

I am very dissatisfied that the regulations are too strict in the first place, but can you please stop changing the standards so often? I have to change the covers of my models every time you change the regulation standards, and it's really a hassle if you change them so often.
Can you please stop messing around so easily and confusing users unnecessarily? Don't you have a clear idea or policy?
