Why can't I submit an image without the NSFW mark?

This is a duplicate of what I have posted in the past, but I don't see any improvement.

How long are you going to let it go on that you can't post images that don't have eye markings on them?

You have responded in past postings this way.

"We are in the process of optimizing the submission process. Please wait a moment."

How long do you expect me to wait? Are you pretending not to notice?

Can't the management understand the frustration of having an image that you personally like and not being able to select it when you are ready to submit it?

Can't the management understand this?
