If a site originally allowed NSFW content, it should not change that policy. Users subscribed for a year precisely because NSFW content was permitted; suddenly altering the terms constitutes misleading advertising and violates the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (Article 5, Item 1).
Children should not be viewing content in areas where NSFW material exists in the first place. Instead of regulating content, the platform should separate NSFW content into designated areas.
The service was already failing when NSFW content slipped through and appeared. They should have provided a dedicated space and required posting there.
The inability to generate content is also problematic. Even if posting isn't possible yet, the ability to generate content should be restored first.
Additionally, they should restore the text removed due to restrictions from saved content.
If they won't restore it, they should issue refunds.
