Non-High Resolution Video Creation

Today I subscribed to "SVIP Monthly Standards" using a new account. Previously, when I subscribed using a different account, the video generated was high-resolution, at 704x1248. However, today, with the new account, the video generated is only at 480x864. This is not as promised, which was that "SVIP Monthly Standards" would include the "Hi-Res Video Generation" feature.
