No help support get from seaart

I want to subscribe master plan for 1 month but I don't see any option when I subscribe, not even show me the exact price for the plan. At transaction time it automatically uses my previous payment method and deduct money for 1 year. I'm not even getting any otp verification. I don't want to subscribe to it for 1 year. Please consider my issue and return my money.
