How to Cancel Your Annual Subscription

I had no intention of renewing, but it was unexpectedly renewed this time.

I want to cancel my subscription by the end of this year, but I wish they would clearly state the cancellation method.

When I navigated to what seemed like the right place to process it, it suggested I consider pausing instead.

If I cancel mid-year, does that mean I'll lose the full year's payment with no refund and just become a free user afterward?
