Why is nothing being done to address this?

Waiting for start... and has been stopped for tens of minutes. (ongoing)

As others may have mentioned, I can't abort and can't create a new image.

Even after deleting the tab and re-launching the site, it remains in this state.

Stamina has a fixed expiration date, but I can't use it to create, and it resets without being able to consume it?

At least make it possible to abort the site!
