Navigation Friction Prevents Effective Evaluation Before Subscription

Hello,

I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience using SeaArt.

On several occasions, I intended to sign up and consider a paid subscription, however my current experience with the platform makes this difficult. My issue is not related to login, but rather to navigation and content exploration, which feels limited and complex.

The navigation often feels restricted, and it is difficult to freely explore content or reach the results I am specifically looking for. I frequently encounter the same styles or references repeatedly, which reduces creative control and makes exploration less effective.

I have tried using the available help resources, but I still struggle to achieve a smooth and efficient workflow that leads to the desired outcome.

As a regular user of CapCut (and also platforms like Suno), I believe SeaArt would benefit greatly from a simpler, more guided, and more intuitive user flow, including:

– clearer navigation between exploration, creation, and results

– reduced friction when browsing content

– better control over the styles and outputs users actually want

SeaArt showcases many impressive creations, but the current experience makes it harder than necessary to fully explore the platform and confidently move toward a subscription decision. A workflow closer to the clarity and simplicity of CapCut or Suno would significantly improve the user experience.

Thank you for your work and for taking this feedback into consideration.
