Money was charged without a subscription.

STAR CLUSTER PTE. LTD. stole money from me for a subscription I did not buy, did not sign up for, and did not receive. The robot on their website suggests canceling a subscription that I do not have, but the money was taken from my bank. Where can I contact (other than the robot)?
